Living art for the walls, rooms and stages that matter

Cryptic Arts Laboratory is an art studio, not an AI application. Our own painting engine turns real photographs, never generated images, into compositions that keep moving. We license them as Living Art, commission them for specific spaces, make audio plug-ins, and are bringing the same craft to VJ loops.

Inside the lab

No AI, no prompts, no filters. Good old-fashioned code, written by people in our studio working together with the artist. Everything we make starts with a photograph taken by a real person and is painted by our own engine, somewhere between chaos and beauty. The engineering page is about that craft, and the artists page introduces the photographers.
